Like the Idou, the Omnia HD, is pushing the boundaries of camera capabilities on mobile phones. It comes with an 8-megapixel camera and moreover is the first phone to provide high-definition video recording at 24 frames per second. Disappointingly there is no xenon flash though.

The phone also comes with a 3.7-inch OLED touchscreen. OLED is a new display technology which provides better picture quality and lower power consumption. The Omnia HD uses a Symbian S60 operating system which has been customised for a more user-friendly experience. For example, you have a photo contacts screen where you can dial contacts by clicking on their photos.

The Omnia HD will be released in two versions: with 8GB and 16 GB of internal memory. Each version comes with a microSD slot with a maximum capacity of 16 GB for a total of 24GB and 32 GB respectively.

Samsung I7500 will be the first Samsung smartphone using Google’s Android OS plus Google Mobile Services.

First the Nokia E61 without any inbuilt camera and then came the Nokia E61i with a 2-megapixel camera, in the Nokia E-series business phones.So the rumors of the Nokia E71i with 5-megapixel camera do make sense after the Nokia E71 with a 3.2-megapixel camera.Here, at newtechnology.co.in many of us are thinking that if the rumors are true then will we replace our favorite Nokia E71 with its upcoming sibling with a better camera.Many of us agree that a small change in the camera quality doesn’t matter much in a business phone,but for me my Nokia E71 is not just a business phone.
