Produced by Sun Pictures, Endhiran is said to have erected the costliest set in the history of Tamil film industry. Not only this, big stars like Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Bachchan have been roped in to create magic on the silver screen.

Buzz up!Art Director Sabu Cyril is making sure that nothing goes wrong with his 100th flick and has erected a set using Aluminium Composite Panel which is said to be eco-friendly at an astonishing amount of Rs. 5 crores. The best part about this set is that it can be recycled. This set is been erected at East Coast Road.

Endhiran is a big budget film which has Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Bachchan in the lead and is directed by Shankar. A fight sequence where Rajini fights 100 Robots was shot in a stunning way.

The Rajnikanth starrer Endhiran, which has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as his lead pair, is being produced by Sun Pictures on a whopping budget of Rs. 140 crores. Endhiran’s director Shankar, known for his penchant for creating extravagant sets in his films, has erected a huge glass chamber to can just a few scenes of a duet. Sources close to the Endhiran unit say that it is impossible for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajni to stay in the glass chamber for a long time and hence only a very few shots will be picturised in it and not the entire song sequence. The necessity to erect such an extravagant set is to enhance the visual effect, it is said.
